Coach Dr. Kim is a Board-Certified Coach, Pilates instructor, and joyful champion of whole-person well-being. After 23 years in nursing and healthcare leadership, she transformed her calling into Soul Aligned Pilates and coaching, where science, faith, and movement come together to help women of color, allies, and healthcare professionals heal, grow, and lead with confidence.
A stroke survivor and associate minister, Dr. Kim blends evidence-based tools with compassionate mentoring to strengthen body, mind, and spirit. Whether guiding a beginner Pilates session, coaching a leader through change, or teaching on mental fitness and inclusive leadership, she creates brave, hope-filled spaces where progress is practical and sustainable.
